Southeastern NY Library Resources Council Membership exists on three levels: Governing, HRVH, and individual.
You can see the criteria for membership, dues and benefits here. (.pdf)
All libraries in the governing membership category are eligible to participate in the suite of Southeastern's services. A Governing Member, or an organization applying for governing membership, is required to demonstrate a) how its membership will improve the library resources presently available to the research community within Southeastern’s service area; and b) how its membership will improve reference and research services to the users of the applicant. Individual public and school libraries that are members of a school or public library system are considered an affiliate and their employees are eligible for certain Southeastern benefits under this category but concede their voting rights to the system headquarters.
An application for Government Membership can be downloaded here.
This membership category is for organizations in the Hudson River Valley Heritage (HRVH) digitization service.
